What Separates Us from the Rest?

Company History

Ring Bros. was established in 1925

by two brothers, Edmund and Stephen Ring. The brothers peddled produce with a pushcart on the cobblestone streets of Salem, Massachusetts. Today, Ring Bros. is owned and operated by Ed, Susan and Patrick Ring -- third and fourth generation produce dealers. Ring Bros. Wholesale distributes farm fresh produce, local and organic produce, dairy, specialty foods, artisan cheese, frozen foods and desserts to hundreds of the finest restaurants, resorts, caterers, hotels and specialty stores in Southeastern Massachusetts. Ring Bros. also owns and operate two upsacale retail stores: Ring Bros. Marketplace on Cape Cod (485 Route 134, South Dennis, MA) and Broadway Marketplace in Cambridge (468 Broadway), just outside of Harvard Square.

Loyalty and Consistancy

We work as an extension of your team, as a wholesaler you can trust to deliver your order on time, and a partner that is invested in helping you build your restaurant or retail business. We try to go beyond what you might expect. Our customers buy from us because we have proven ourselves, which brings loyalty to our company and yours.

Quality Product = Higher Yield

Customers have told us that they want quality at a good price. We can compete because we buy direct from farms around the country. We buy only quality driven produce brands on the market which tend to provide a higher yield with less shrink, ultimately saving our customers money. Plus each and every case of product is looked over for freshness before it is sent out on a truck to your location.

Commitment to LOCAL

We understand the nature of business on Cape Cod because we live here too. Our economy is driven by tourism and a 'local taste' is often requested. We support small scale agriculture by purchasing fruit and vegetables from Cape Cod farmers. For 2017 we have increased our local offerings: hand made English muffins from East West Specialty Foods, breads from Nashoba Brook Bakery, and fresh seasonal produce from a dedicated farm on Cape.
